Hampsten Cycles is an interesting shop run by Andy and Steve Hampsten. They aren’t actually a builder, they outsource to other builders. I’m not entirely clear why you wouldn’t go directly to the given builder if you wanted one of their bikes, but they’ve definitely aggregated some talent. Kent Ericksen (ex-Moots), Independent Fabrication, Moots, Parlee, and Co-Motion all build Hampsten-branded bikes.

They do build some great looking bikes under the brand, though.
